Frontier Local School District Wellness Plan 2019-2021

In fulfillment of Ohio law 3313.69 school nurses conduct periodic student health screenings. These screenings are not intended to take the place of your student's regular well child visits with your health care provider. However, they are assessments that support student learning. The following are health screenings we provide at Frontier Local School District.

Vision Screenings- Grades Kdg; 1st; 3rd; 5th; 7th and 9th

Hearing Screenings- Grades Kdg; 1st; 3rd; 5th; 9th and 11th

If you receive a referral letter please take your child to the proper office visit and then return your referral papers to the district nurse.
